In his tweet, @KobinaMensahUTD claimed that the couple were in a serious relationship and had even discussed plans of getting married soon.
According to the post, the young man initially assumed his girlfriend was sleeping and snoring.
However, after noticing something unusual, he turned her over only to discover that she had vomited and was unresponsive.
In a state of panic, he rushed her to the hospital, but sadly, doctors pronounced her dead on arrival.
