Born on April 10, 1986, in Port Harcourt, he hailed from Arochukwu in Abia State. Known for his towering 6’2” frame, the actor was fluent in English, Igbo, and Hausa languages.
The 40-year-old entertainer rose to prominence after emerging as the first runner-up at the Mr Nigeria competition in 2010, a milestone that helped launch his career in the entertainment industry.
Since then, Alexx Ekubo featured in several successful Nollywood productions and earned recognition both within Nigeria and internationally for his contributions to the movie industry.
Alexx Ekubo attended Federal Government College, Daura, Katsina State, for his secondary education. He later studied Law at the University of Calabar before obtaining a degree in Mass Communication from Calabar Polytechnic.
