Businessman and crypto trader Linus Williams, popularly known as Blord, has described his recent stay at Kuje prison in Abuja as a “vacation,” while opening up about his experience during detention over a case involving social media critic VeryDarkMan.………
Speaking during a recent interview, Blord claimed he received special treatment while at the correctional facility and compared the prison environment to an orientation camp for the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC).
Recall that the businessman was remanded for 26 days in April over allegations bordering on criminal conspiracy, impersonation, and the alleged unauthorised use of VeryDarkMan’s image.
According to Blord, unlike VeryDarkMan, he was kept in the Very Important Personnel (VIP) section of the prison and had access to several privileges, including a personal chef.
“Kuje Prison looks like NYSC camp, very big, they kept me where powerful people stay. I went on vacation in Kuje Prison. I had my own chef, and my room had every appliance you can think of.
“When VeryDarkMan was taken to Kuje prison, he was kept where they keep people carrying bombs, and they beat the hell out of him,” Blord claimed.
The businessman further alleged that prison authorities temporarily shut down certain parts of the facility in his honour, adding that he spent part of his detention period participating in sporting activities alongside supporters who were rooting for his release.
Blord added that he also has a personal barber in Kuje, see below;…....…
