There have been several reactions from social media users after a video which captured the moment some primary school children were greeting the former governor of Rivers state and current Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, FCT, Nyesom Wike surfaced online.
The video was contained in a post that Lere Olayinka, the Senior Special Assistant on Public Communication and Social Media to Nyesom Wike shared on his official X handle on May 14, 2026.
In the video that surfaced online, the children were seen standing by the road side and waving at the FCT Minister.
After sharing the video, Lere Olayinka stated that Nyesom Wike interacted with pupils and teachers of LEA Primary school in Abuja.
