A video from a residential compound shows the moment a security man locked tenants inside the premises over a delay in the payment of his monthly salary. According to reports, the security man locked the occupiers of the house because of a delay in his November salary.………

At the time he locked the door, the tenants hadn’t gone out, and they could be seen in the video speaking to him.

According to the man, there’s nobody that’s going out of the compound unless the whole matter of salary had been resolved.

Mixed reactions have trailed the video, as some criticize the tenant for owing the security man his salary.

One tayo.dev said: “I pay my security bimonthly — 15th o of the month, and last day of the 366 month. Your security man is one of the employees you should take good care of, and treat them well.”

ekene_jr remarked: “They should pay him na. Owing your, security man is actually a security risk”

loveth_arena asked: “Do people need to beg to be paid, their salary? Oga ooo. We really need to do better”

_chysom_m said: “And you Dey laugh. what is funny o about owing salary ?”

tonyochiab remarked: “See how you are laughing, to you it is funny. He will risk his life for you and when he is due for payment you won’t pay him. Not fair sir”…....…
