A steamy explicit video of two 200-level students has gone viral after it leaked online. The scandal, which broke last night (Tuesday, May 12, 2026), has left the campus in shock as students and netizens react massively.………
According to reports circulating on social media, the girl was not promised any iPhone 16 or 17. She was simply in the video “for the love of the game.” The guy, rumoured to be Emmy, a popular Mass Communication student known among the ladies, allegedly suggested recording their private moment. He shared the videos with her, but a mutual friend who had issues with Emmy later got hold of the clips from one of their phones and leaked them widely.
The drama did not end there. The girl’s serious boyfriend reportedly broke down in tears after hostel mates trolled him heavily last night. Meanwhile, female students trooped to the girls’ hostel to celebrate and support the girl over her “extracurricular achievement.” Some videos showed girls hailing her as she returned to the hostel.
The girl is now considering leaving ESUT for Nnamdi Azikiwe University (UNIZIK) or returning to Lagos for a fresh start. The guy’s parents have also quickly evacuated him from the school to avoid further embarrassment.
Many Nigerians have taken to X (formerly Twitter) and Instagram to share their opinions. One user wrote, “This ESUT girl did all that for free? No iPhone, pure enjoyment . But why blame only the girl when both faces showed?” Another commented, “The boyfriend dey cry, meanwhile girls dey hail her for hostel. Naija students wild!”
Some reactions were harsh: “Another reason to marry a virgin . These campus girls no get shame.” But others defended the girl: “The guy na the one wey suggest to film am. Why una dey drag only the girl? Double standard!”
A popular post said, “Her serious boyfriend broke down in tears after heavy trolling. Imagine your babe starring in campus porn. Painful!” Many called for the school authorities to investigate and punish whoever leaked the video, describing it as revenge porn.
As the videos continue to spread like wildfire, ESUT management is yet to issue any official statement. The girl and the guy involved are said to be lying low as the whole campus buzzes with the story. Many are advising young people to be careful with what they record and who they trust with their phones.
