2027 Shock: APC Candidates in Rivers Risk Disqualification After Court Verdict

The crisis rocking the Rivers State chapter of the All Progressives Congress (APC) has escalated dramatically after the reinstated party leadership declared all nominations from recent primaries as null, void, and legally invalid.

According to the faction led by Chief Emeka Beke, all decisions, communications, and candidate selections made under the disputed leadership between December 20, 2024 and May 29, 2026 no longer hold any legal weight.
