Aisha: She Said Wike Is An Appointee, She Spoke Grammar And Ordinary Primaries In NDC, She Lost-Wike

The former governor of Rivers state and current Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, FCT, Nyesom Wike has mocked Nigerian activist, Aisha Yesufu after she failed to clinch the FCT senatorial ticket in the Nigeria Democratic Congress, NDC.

This statement was contained in a viral video that Lere Olayinka, the Senior Special Assistant on Public Communication and Social Media to Nyesom Wike shared on his official X handle on Sunday, May 31, 2026.

This is coming after Aisha Yesufu said Wike is an appointee of the government and that she doesn’t have business with people who are appointees.

In the video that surfaced online, the FCT Minister stated that Aisha Yesufu only knows how to talk but she doesn’t know how to win an election.

Here is what the FCT Minister said;

“One woman said Wike is an appointee of government and that she has no business with appointees. She spoke grammar and ordinary primaries in NDC, she lost.
