Amy Freeze is a six-time Emmy award-winning American meteorologist who works for FOX Weather as an anchor on the ad-supported streaming weather service. After previously working at WABC, she joined FOX Weather in 2021.

Surprisingly, she received Seals of Approval from both the National Weather Association and the AMS.
Amy’s illness that kept her away from the television was not revealed. She only stated that she was recovering from surgery, contrary to her fans’ expectations that she had likely contracted COVID-19.
Amy’s husband’s name is Gary Arbuckle. Gary works as a chiropractor. The couple met each other at Brigham Young University.
