Bandits have released first images of the kidnapped retired Army General, former Director of Defence Information, Major General Rabe Abubakar, and his wife, who were kidnapped along Matazu Highway, Katsina. They were conveying, in the video, the request of the bandits leader, Kachalla Maha, to exchange the retired General and his wife with the release of his boys.
Apparently, Kachalla Maha is demanding freedom of criminals in exchange for freedom of the innocence in his custody.
The Army General was kidnapped with his wife in Matazu Local Government Area, Katsina State, on Saturday, May 30.
