Ghanaian actress Nadia Buari has spoken on motherhood.

Sharing photos of herself and her lookalike daughter, she said motherhood rearranged her, leaving marks on her body, sleep, and sense of who she is. However, behind the stretch marks and tired eyes, something extraordinary happened.

According to her, her heart grew bigger than she ever thought possible. She said she may not always recognise her reflection, but she will always recognise the love.

“Motherhood didn’t just arrive. It rearranged me. It left its mark on my body, my sleep, my sense of who I am. But beneath the stretch marks and tired eyes, something extraordinary happened: my heart grew bigger than I ever thought possible. These same arms that now soothe a feverish child at 3 a.m. once felt so fragile…now they hold whole worlds. I may not always recognise my reflection, but I will always recognise this love. This is my quiet miracle: I lost parts of my old self, only to discover how much more I could become”.

A while back, Nadia had expressed disbelief over her daughter’s height. Sharing photos of herself and her mini-me, she noted how fast kids grow, expressing disbelief that her daughter was almost her height.

Two years ago, Nadia Buari hinted at becoming a mother of five after she shared a photo of her and her newborn, whose gender she kept hidden. In her caption, Nadia said she had been blessed with another beautiful blessing.

Nadia shocked Ghanaians when she revealed that she has four children. The actress had a set of twin girls in February 2015 and, a baby girl in February 2017 and another in January 2018. The Ghanaian star has never unveiled her daughters’ faces and keeps her children and husband private.

Speaking on it, Nadia said it’s a personal decision, and she feels her four children are too young and innocent to be exposed to the media. She continued, stating that she believes they belong to the private side of her life.

Back in 2023, the award-winning actress shared with her millions of fans her unique parenting tip, revealing that before she had her kids, she had a million ideas on how to raise them. Unfortunately, she only has one idea of raising them.
