A South African man has reportedly admitted to repeatedly harassing an 11-year-old Nigerian girl, forcing her mother to confront him and issue a strong warning.
According to the mother, whenever young Zite goes out to dispose of the trash, their South African neighbour calls out to her and attempts to lure her into his apartment.
The mother revealed that this disturbing behaviour has been going on for some time.
