Troops of Operation Hadin Kai have killed more than 50 terrorists, including a top ISWAP commander, in precision airstrikes around Kirta and Arina Ciki in Borno State. The military reported that Khalifa Umar, a member of the ISWAP Shura Council, was among those neutralised. Three suspected logistics suppliers and a deserter soldier were also arrested.
