“2027 Election Heats Up!” — Dele Momodu Opens Door for Jonathan Return, Backs Atiku as ‘Bridge Builder’

A chieftain of the African Democratic Congress (ADC), Dele Momodu, has stirred fresh political debate after suggesting that a possible return of former President Goodluck Jonathan would make the 2027 presidential race more competitive and “interesting.”

Speaking during an interview on Arise TV, Momodu said Jonathan’s experience and political network have not faded despite leaving office in 2015, adding that he should not be underestimated if he decides to re-enter the race.
