Nigeria has requested a $1.25 billion loan from the World Bank to support economic reforms aimed at boosting competitiveness, attracting private investment, and creating jobs. Nigeria’s external debt is projected to rise to approximately $53.11 billion, while total public debt is estimated to reach $112.22 billion.
