A family from Wamage Village in Chavakali Ward, Vihiga County, is appealing to members of the public for assistance in tracing their daughter, Stacy Ogai, who went missing on Sunday under unclear circumstances.

Stacy, a Grade 9 pupil at Kigunga Secondary School, reportedly left home earlier in the day after she was sent to Viyalo Market Centre to photocopy school documents.
How Vihiga student went missing
According to her family, she did not return home afterwards, and all efforts to reach her have so far been unsuccessful.

Nakuru teacher disappears
In Nakuru, a 31-year-old teacher has been missing for nearly three weeks after she was last seen in Eden on May 4.
Mercy Nyaboke left her home around 6.20am to report to her new workplace at a school in Nakuru after ending her contract in Kiambu due to health reasons.
At around 8.30am, her mother received a call from the headteacher asking where her daughter was as she had not reported for work.
Since then, her family and friends have been tried to contact her but her two numbers have remained unreachable.
