The African Democratic Congress (ADC) has predicted what it describes as a likely wave of defections from the All Progressives Congress (APC), following a recent Federal High Court ruling on Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) regulations.

In a statement issued on Thursday, the party’s National Publicity Secretary, Mallam Bolaji Abdullahi, said the judgment validated ADC’s earlier objections to parts of the electoral guidelines.

According to him, the party had consistently opposed certain provisions of the regulations, especially those relating to timelines for membership registration and internal party primaries…......>>>
