Amb. Emeni Ibe Celebrates Senator Ipalibo Harry-Banigo On Three Years Of Impactful Legislative Service

As Senator Dr. Mrs. Ipalibo Harry-Banigo marks her third year in office as the Senator representing Rivers West Senatorial District on June 13, 2026, the President General of notable Niger Delta socio-cultural group, the Orashi National Congress (ONC), Amb. Comrade Emeni Ibe, JP, AP, has extended warm congratulations and commendation to the distinguished lawmaker for her outstanding service and commitment to the people of Rivers West.

 

In a statement issued on behalf of the Orashi National Congress and the people of the Orashi region, Amb. Emeni Ibe praised Senator Banigo for her unwavering dedication to the development of Rivers West Senatorial District through numerous projects, empowerment initiatives, healthcare interventions, educational support programmes, and youth development schemes.

According to the ONC President General, Senator Banigo has distinguished herself as one of the most effective and accessible lawmakers to have represented Rivers West in the National Assembly, noting that her achievements have positively impacted thousands of constituents across the district.

 

“Today, as Senator Dr. Mrs. Ipalibo Harry-Banigo marks three years of dedicated service in the Senate of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, we celebrate a leader whose commitment to the welfare of her people remains evident in the numerous projects and empowerment programmes she has facilitated across Rivers West Senatorial District.”

 

“Her contributions in healthcare, education, infrastructure, youth empowerment, agriculture, women development, and social welfare have brought hope and tangible benefits to many communities. She has consistently demonstrated that leadership is about service, compassion, and commitment to the people,” Amb. Ibe stated.

 

The ONC President General further commended Senator Banigo for her support for grassroots development and her efforts in promoting quality representation, peace, and progress within Rivers West Senatorial District and Rivers State at large.

 

He noted that Senator Banigo’s record of service, visible projects, and empowerment programmes have earned her the admiration and appreciation of many people across the district.

Amb. Emeni Ibe reaffirmed the position of the Orashi National Congress that Senator Banigo remains one of the finest legislators produced by Rivers West Senatorial District and expressed confidence that history would remember her contributions to the growth and advancement of the region.

On behalf of the leadership and people of the Orashi region, the ONC President General wished Senator Ipalibo Harry-Banigo good health, wisdom, and greater accomplishments in her continued service to Rivers State and Nigeria.

The Congress also prayed for God’s guidance, protection, and blessings upon the Senator as she continues to contribute to nation-building and the development of her constituents.

“Congratulations, Distinguished Senator Dr. Mrs. Ipalibo Harry-Banigo, on your remarkable three years of impactful representation. Your dedication to service, empowerment, and development has left an indelible mark on Rivers West Senatorial District.
