Child looks for mum after earthquake

Within seconds, the child turns around, seemingly looking for their mother after feeling the tremors.

Almost immediately, the mother rushes into the house from outside to check on the child.

She quickly picks up the child and turns toward the exit, apparently attempting to move them to a safer location.

However, the earthquake intensifies, making it difficult for her to keep her balance while carrying the child.

She is forced to cling to a curtain for support as household items fall and shift from their original positions.

Despite the chaos, the woman never lets go of the child, a scene that moved many viewers who admired her determination to protect her baby.

With one hand firmly gripping the curtain, she held the child securely in her other arm. The baby appeared calm despite the terrifying situation.

After the earthquake subsided, the mother and child sat on the floor, looking outside and seemingly grateful to have survived the frightening ordeal unharmed.

“For anyone wondering why the mother picked the child up from the couch instead of leaving them there, it was to avoid them being trapped if the house collapsed. More than 30 bodies had already been recovered from collapsed structures during ongoing rescue efforts. She made the right decision.”

capmcepp:

“Incredible force of nature. It won’t let you get away. The mother tries to get out and falls. Amazing how the child is wobbling. My God.”

f1or:

“Oh my God! I can only imagine what that mother felt at that moment.”
