According to him, his transformation was not achieved through intense exercise routines, but through a change in diet and lifestyle choices.
In his words: “I’m too lazy for the gym. I did carnivore diet for three months and majorly ate meat.”
The music mogul explained that during the period, he focused mainly on consuming meat as part of the carnivore diet, which he maintained for about three months. He believes this shift in eating habits contributed significantly to his weight loss.
