***Unveils U.S. Expansion Plan

Renowned immigration attorney, Dr. Ope Banwo, has expanded his legal practice into Texas with the opening of a new Banwo Law office in Arlington, marking the first phase of an ambitious plan to establish the firm in major markets across the United States.

The development comes nearly 29 years after he launched his legal career in Omaha, Nebraska, where he built a reputation for providing legal services to individuals and families navigating complex legal challenges, particularly within the immigrant community.

Announcing the expansion, Banwo described the new office as a significant milestone in the growth of the firm and its commitment to serving a broader client base across the United States.

According to him, the Arlington office represents the beginning of a nationwide expansion strategy that will see the law office establish additional locations in key U.S. cities over the next 24 months.

“When I restarted my legal career in America in 1997, my mission was simple: help ordinary people navigate extraordinary legal challenges,” Banwo said.

“Today marks the beginning of a new chapter. This new office is more than an expansion—it is an opportunity to serve more families, protect more dreams, and impact more lives.”

For its first year of operation in Texas, Banwo Law will focus exclusively on immigration law, offering legal services in family-based immigration, asylum applications, deportation defence, employment-based immigration, green card processing, citizenship and naturalisation, as well as humanitarian relief matters.

He said the firm remains committed to helping immigrants successfully navigate the often complex U.S. immigration system.

“Our mission remains to help immigrants achieve the American dream without the nightmares,” he stated.

As part of activities marking the launch of the Texas office, Banwo also announced the commencement of the “Immigrant Survival Marathon,” a 30-day programme that will provide free immigration education, legal updates and live question-and-answer sessions through his platform, The Immigrant Survival Show.

He expressed appreciation to clients, referral partners, colleagues and supporters whose trust and patronage have contributed to the firm’s growth over the years.

He noted that Nebraska provided the foundation upon which the practice was built and pledged to continue delivering quality legal services while expanding access to legal representation for immigrants and families across the United States.

The new Banwo Law office, located at 420 E. Lamar Boulevard in Arlington, is expected to serve clients from across the country as the firm embarks on the next stage of its national growth strategy.
