He said:

“Anyone who collects ₦5,000 and noodles to sell their vote in Katsina State should be ready to face the consequences. We will identify and expose them, regardless of age, status, or position.”

The statement quickly gained attention online, with some users praising the warning while others questioned its sincerity and effectiveness, particularly given the economic realities facing many Nigerians.
