General John Enenche, former Director of Defence Information, has stated that he was sad when he heard about the kidnapping of General Rabe Abubakar (rtd)
In an interview with Channels Television, General Enenche said many Nigerians have heard about the kidnapping of a relative of a former minister, as well as the abductions of schoolchildren in Ibadan and Borno State. He said these are only some of the major incidents that have received public attention.
General Enenche said there are many other cases of kidnappings that he is aware of which the public does not know about. However, he commended the efforts of law enforcement and security agencies in tackling insecurity
