Liverpool manager Arne Slot has backed Arsenal to clinch the Premier League title this season, citing the Gunners’ defensive solidity as the key factor behind his prediction.

With two games left in the season, Arsenal currently sit two points clear of Manchester City at the top of the table, putting them in a strong position to be crowned champions.
The Dutch manager expressed his belief that Arsenal’s ability to defend deep and hold their shape for extended periods of a match gives them the edge they need to see the title race through.
He praised the Gunners for how effectively they execute a low defensive block when required a quality he identified as one of the primary reasons they are likely to go on and win the league.
Slot stopped short of making an unconditional guarantee but was clear in his assessment, stating that Arsenal are the team he expects to lift the trophy when the season concludes.
