Nairobi: Heartbreak as man stabs ex outside Kilimani pharmacy, turns on himself

  • Public witnesses who witnessed the incident in Kilimani reported the shocking events outside a pharmacy on Kirichwa Road and many are wondering why they could not come to an agreement

Nairobi, Kenya: A young woman who was walking to the pharmacy has allegedly been killed right outside by a man believed to be her lover.

According to onlookers, the woman was walking; the man came from nowhere and attacked her, stabbing her three times in the chest.

As confusion ensued after the incident, the man turned the knife on himself and took his own life, lying beside her, and many people who witnessed the incident said they were saddened by the gory sight in the busy evening.

“A woman was killed in a stabbing incident in Kilimani, Nairobi, on Thursday after a man reportedly attacked her outside a pharmacy before turning the knife on himself in a shocking incident witnessed by members of the public,” reported Cyprian Nyakundi.

“Police are investigating the incident to establish the circumstances surrounding the stabbing and the events that led to the attack,”he added.

Man stabs lover in disturbing accident

In another horrifying story, a man fatally stabbed his ex-lover five times in the head after two years of dating and living together and eventually parting ways which saw the lady going to work in a pub.

The incident happened near Nangili Girls Secondary School, and it is reported that the man also took his own life by ramming his car into a lorry.

Speaking to NgGossips, Chief Moses Shiundu, who was stunned by the incident, urged couples facing relationship challenges to seek help from professional counsellors instead of resorting to senseless violence.
