“I am really sorry to inform TikTokers that TikToker Maribel is no more. May her soul rest in peace. I am requesting TikTokers to support the family. Let us come through for the family.”
She went into detail about what happened to Maribel and why the family reached out to her.

Adding that when Maribel attempted to take her life the first time, she helped her with some money.
“The reason the family contacted me is that the last time they contacted me, she had tried the same thing, and she was taken to the hospital. I was the one who gave out the money, I think KSh 250,000, so that she could pay the hospital bill. Her family also came back to ask for more help. So I am deeply sorry to the family, and I hope that we will stand with them,” she said.
Her family member revealed that Maribel had taken her own life and had tried to do so six times.
“She had tried to do it six times before, and this time around she was successful. So I am really sorry to TikTokers to inform you all that Maribel is no more. May her soul rest in peace,” she added.
Jacquelyne asked Kenyans to support the family financially, emotionally, and physically.

She was found dead in her home in Homa Bay county.
