IMAN Seeks Deeper Collaboration With NAFRC To Strengthen Capacity Building

The Industrial and Medical Gases Nigeria (IMAN), Nigerian Armed Forces Resettlement Centre (NAFRC), has seeks deeper collaboration with the Nigerian Armed Forces Resettlement Centre (NAFRC) to strengthen capacity building and industrial support

This was disclosed when the acting managing director of IMAN, Mr Abayomi Oke paid a courtesy visit to the Commandant NAFRC, Air Vice Marshal Nnaemeka Ignatius Ilo, with the aim of strengthening the existing partnership in order to explore new areas of collaboration between both organisations.

Speaking during the visit, Mr. Abayomi Oke stated that the purpose of the engagement was to familiarise himself and his team with the new leadership of the Centre, while also identifying areas where both organisations could work together for mutual benefit.

He noted that enhanced collaboration between IMAN and NAFRC would contribute significantly to national development through capacity building and industrial support.

In his response, the Commandant, welcomed the IMAN delegation and appreciated the organisation for sustaining its cordial relationship with the Centre over the years.

He assured the team of the Centre’s full support and cooperation as necessary, stressing that both institutions play vital roles in contributing to the growth and development of the nation.

The Commandant further highlighted some of the ongoing reforms and developmental initiatives currently taking place at the Centre.

He further spoke on the various workshops, vocational training programmes, and products available at NAFRC, urging the organisation to continue patronising the Centre’s services where necessary.

AVM Ilo reiterated that the core mandate of the Centre remains the resettlement and reformation of military personnel for a productive and successful civil life after service.
