In a Facebook post, Lucy praised her visit to the development owned by the Kenyatta family, praising the quality of construction and finishing, which she termed as top-notch.

She was particularly impressed by details such as ceramic flooring extending even to the balcony, noting that the design reflects premium workmanship.
“I have just come from Northlands City and booked an apartment. The finishing is of top-notch quality. Look at the ceramic floor, even on the balcony. I’m buying this for my son. Very beautiful on the first floor,” her Facebook post read.

According to her post, the apartment she selected is located on the first floor and is part of a ready-for-occupation development. She added that access to the property is strictly by appointment, indicating a controlled viewing process for potential buyers.

The woman also referenced the ownership of Northlands City, stating that it is associated with the Kenyatta family, and commended the developers for completing the project before selling units.

“The prices start at 3.3M. I found them very fair for the quality they are offering. To own a property in Northlands City is an opportunity I could not take for granted,” she added.
