Try This To Lighten Your Inner thighs Pigment At Home

Dark inner thighs are not necessarily a medical condition, they may may occur as a result of increased melanin production. This can happen for many reasons like friction between the thighs, using tight clothes, hormonal changes, or shaving with razors.………

This may cause one to feel negatively about how they look and may sometimes affect self confidence. There are many ways that can be used to lighten inner thighs, meaning, there’s several treatment options a person can try, including home remedies, over-the-counter (OTC) medications and creams, and medical treatments.

Here is a few natural remedies one can try at home to lighten dark inner thighs:

1 Aloe Vera

You can apply a thin layer of aloe vera to the affected dark areas for 15-20 minutes. Aloe naturally contains anti-inflammatory elements which means it will soothe your skin and reduce the irritation you experience. Because it also contains aloin, Aloe will lighten the skin over time with consistent use.2 Lemon and Coconut Oil

Lemons are packed with vitamin C, which may help treat hyper-pigmentation. Coconut oil can serve as a moisturizer, and it may help keep your thighs soft.

To make the mixture: Combine a few tablespoons of coconut oil with the juice of half a lemon, then Rub the mixture into the affected area and massage for 10 minutes or longer. lastly: Wash the area clean. You may reapply the coconut oil alone for moisture after rinsing the mixture.

3 Honey and Sugar Scrub

Sugar can help exfoliate the skin. Exfoliating the area may help if the dark skin is caused by a buildup of dead skin. The scrub will remove the top layer of dead skin exposing the lighter skin underneath.

To make the scrub: Combine fresh lemon juice, a teaspoon of sugar, and a tablespoon of honey. Gently scrub the mixture into the inner thighs in circular motions. Rinse the area to remove the scrub.
