Nigerian disc jockey and philanthropist, Florence Otedola, popularly known as DJ Cuppy, has revealed that she does not see herself marrying a Nigerian man.
Speaking during a recent conversation, Cuppy reflected on her past relationship experiences, stating that her last Nigerian partner raised concerns about meeting her father, billionaire businessman .
According to the entertainer, she found the request surprising, noting that her father is not particularly concerned about who she marries, as long as she eventually settles down.
“I can never marry a Nigerian, it’s impossible. The last one I dated was asking me when he could meet my dad. I don’t even think they like me. My dad doesn’t even care who I marry; he just wants me to get married,” she said.
Cuppy also expressed admiration for the relationship between her younger sister, , and her husband, , describing herself as happy for the couple.
